Custom Route Cards on your Zinc
Plated Products
Every shipment of parts that arrives at Moore Metal
Finishing is assigned customized route cards containing
specifications and detailed instructions for plating each
part correctly. Route cards are reviewed and updated
on a regular basis to ensure that the most recent and accurate
information is available.
Production Flexibility for your
Zinc Plated Products
Our two shifts give us the flexibility to ship and receive
zinc plated parts as late as 1am ET and on
weekends when necessary. Parts can be shipped and received
via any form of carrier including freight trucks, UPS, and
local courier. We also have personalized delivery services
available for local shipments.
We know that our customers need quick turnaround
on their parts in today’s world of just-in-time manufacturing.
Our production schedules are set on a shift-by-shift basis
allowing us to be flexible enough to meet both regularly scheduled
deliveries and emergency production runs. Each order
that comes into our facility is prioritized to ensure that
it is in your hands when you need it.
